1. With the NARS Duo Cream Eyeshadow [$31] in Summer Time, sweep the Champagne shade all over lid.

2. Sweep the Sunset Gold shade in the same duo on crease for a pretty, summery look. Blend well.

3. Draw a line along the upper lash line with MAC Powerpoint Eye Pencil in Engraved [$13.50], starting from the inner corner and working your way out. Then, draw a line along the lower lash line, starting at the outer corner and working your way in. Apply liner on the lower inner rim as well for a sexy, smokey look.

Everybody is excited about the new, hot colors for Spring 2007! This season is all about metallics with a splash of brightness! Here is how you can get the look:

Eyes: Silver and Gold

All of the models at the Chanel Spring 2007 Fashion Show (including Gemma Ward, left) were wearing this season’s trendiest look for eyes–silver and gold eye shadow.

Here are the simple steps to look just as stunning:

1) Sweep silver eye shadow (MAC Eye Shadow in Silver Ring [$14]), all over top lid, stopping at the crease, and on inner corners.

2) With a wet liner brush, draw a very thin line of gold eye shadow (Tarte Eye Shadow in Mrs. Robinson [$17]) along the lower lash line.

3) Finish off with two coats of black mascara (Diorshow Mascara in Black [$23]), and you have gorgeous, dazzling eyes!

Last Tuesday night, an extravagant feast in honor of Chanel’s new jewelry line, Les Perles de Chanel, took place, hosted by Susan Casden (Chanel’s top U.S. couture client) and her husband, Alan. Guests such as Tatianna Sorokko, Carla Sands, Patricia Kennedy, Anne Teardye, Nicole Richie, Elizabeth Steward, Kelly Carlson, China Chow, Kristin Davis, Christine Suppes, and Casden’s daughter, Alyssa Fung, came dressed in Chanel’s signature black and white, ready to try on the gorgeous new collection. The candle-lit dinner took place on a gorgeous table covered in white, filled with a marvelous feast of lobster bisque, filet mignon, and chocolate mousse. It was held in the Casdens’ beautiful home in Beverly Hills.
