1. Sweep Urban Decay Eye Shadow in Vapor [$16] all over eye lid for a light, shimmery silver.

2. Starting at the middle of the lid, sweep Urban Decay Eye Shadow in Strip [$16] on the outer half of the lid. Blend well. Then, apply shadow on crease, for silvery, dazzling eyes!

3. Draw a thin line along the lower lash line with MAC Powerpoint Eye Pencil in Industry [$13.50] by starting at the inner corner, working your way out.

4. Apply two coats of Maybelline Volum’ Express Mascara in Very Black [$3.39] to upper lashes for thick lashes with extra curl!

5. Apply Tarte Cheek Stain Blush in Tipsy [$28] to apples of cheeks for a sheer coral-pink glow.

Hilary Duff always has such dazzling makeup, and this time is no different! Full voluminous lashes paired with pink-coral lipstick is such a perfect combination! Here’s how to get her look:

1. Sweep Urban Decay Eye Shadow in Twice Baked [$16] all over top lid. Then, apply shadow just below the lower lash line by starting at the inner corner, and working your way towards the outer corner. Make sure not to use too much shadow on the bottom, or you’ll have a case of raccoon eyes!

2. Line MAC Powerpoint Eye Pencil in Engraved [$13.50] along the upper lash line, starting at the inner corner, and working your way towards the outer corner. Apply liner on inner rim of the lower lid as well.

3. Apply two coats of CoverGirl Volume Exact Mascara in Very Black [$7.49] on upper lashes, followed by two coats on lower lashes. This will give you full, voluminous, clump-free lashes!

4. Apply Smashbox Blush in Stylist [$24] to apples of cheeks for a shimmery, bronze glow!

Tara Reid showed up at the 14th Annual Race to Erase MS looking so glamorous! What I especially liked was her diamond peace sign in a heart necklace–so original! Although it’s unique, it definitely works!

I have never seen this peace sign in a heart necklace in stores before, so I searched online and found two very similar matches! The first one has diamonds like Tara’s, and would be worn with a formal dress:

Ashlee Simpson’s hair looked fabulous at the grand opening of “Runway”! Her beachy waves look so natural and perfect for this season! This hairstyle is so simple to achieve, but it must be done overnight. Here’s how to get her look:

1. Wash hair the night before, and wrap with a towel for 10 minutes to dry out the excess water.

2. When hair is still damp, apply a dime size amount of Alterna Hemp Seed Texturizing Glaze [$16.50] into palm, rub hands together, and distribute into hair.

3. Part hair where you desire (Ashlee has her part in the middle) and separate into two halves.

4. Braid each part of your hair, and secure with ponytail holders.

5. Sleep with the braids in your hair, and remove ponytail holders and braids when you wake up. Now you’re finished, and you have clump-free, beachy waves! There is no need to spray hair afterwards–the texturizing glaze is enough to hold your waves and keep them looking natural!

Ashley Tisdale looked so glam at the High School Musical Tour in New York City and Los Angeles. What?! Ashley gets to sing “We’re All In This Together” on stage and wear fabulous makeup? Lucky! So you don’t feel left out, here’s how you can get sexy smokey eyes like Ashley:

Use the white brush on lashes first to thicken and lengthen lashes, and then use the black brush for highly pigmented color and shine!

5. With LORAC Cheek Duo in Hot Flash [$28.50] sweep the pink shimmery blush on apples of cheeks, and then sweep the bronze shimmer all over cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin. This will give you a gorgeous glow! Tip: Use a big brush (Powder Brush - Jumbo, $5.99) instead of the small square brush that comes with the product. The big brush will give you full and natural coverage!

6. Finish the look by applying Bobbi Brown Lip Gloss in Sandwash Apricot [$19] on lips for super color and shine!
