Haylie Duff had the most awesome make up at the 8th Annual Family Television Awards–from her golden, glittery eye shadow to her sheer pink lip gloss, she looked absolutely glamorous! Here’s how to get her look:

1. Sweep Urban Decay Eye Shadow in Midnight Cowboy [$15] all over eye, stopping just above the crease. Apply just below the lower lash line as well.

2. Line eyes along the upper lash line with MAC Liner: Powerpoint Eye Pencil in Industry [$13.50], starting as a thin line at the inner corner and slowly making the line thicker as you reach the outer corner. Also apply liner on the lower inner rim.
