Tom Ford launched his first stand-alone fragrance in his beauty division, Black Orchid, last Thursday at Saks Fifth Avenue. At first I thought that Ford was smelling the flowers in this picture, but he is actually signing one of the 300 fan’s bottle of Black Orchid. Estée Lauder executives have already decided that Black Orchid was on path to be “the highest grossing fragrance in its first week in the history of Saks”.
